You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept any return requests.
Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contactus@mumzy.shop. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products or gift cards. Items purchased on sale are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.
